Home visit arranged or quote prepared

If a site visit is required a Grafton representative will make contact with the Participant (or Participants Representative and/or the Health Professional) to arrange a suitable time. If a site visit is not required a quote will be prepared and emailed to the Participant (or Participant’s Representative or Health Professional).

Home safety modification installation

Once Grafton’s receive the confirmation of funding and the items are ready for installation, we will contact the Participant/ Participant Representative to arrange installation.

Please note items requiring manufacture (custom items) will take approximately 15 to 30 working days to complete. Manufacturing times are only approximate and may be subject to change.

Feedback, Complaints, Incidents, Disputes and Resolution Process

Grafton General Product welcomes feedback from all Clients and seeks to resolve any concerns a Client
may have, in a timely and professional manner.
